I've been a smoker for the past 12 years, I managed to quit once before using a more traditional vape but I had to transition over and it took a long time, however with the SMOKO e-cig, it took 4 days of transition going from being a 7-10 a day, 6 > 2 > 1 > 1 a day, and i haven't had a cigarette in 8 days now. I'm really impressed and definitely think this will help me quit for good. It's alot less faff than a vape too as you just change a cartridge which was a big plus for me. The customer service is really good, I set up the subscription service (another plus) so I didn't have to worry about running out, and I'd accidentally double ordered and someone rang me to sort it out as they'd noticed it didn't look right, they were really friendly and helpful.
